The training is tailored so that you learn both theoretically and practically how to fly at night. We will share our experience with night flights, discuss the rules for night flying in other European countries, teach you how to plan suitable weather for night operations, and recommend tools that have proven effective for us.

Night rating is the fastest qualification you can add to your PPL(A) - three days, two nights of flying, and you can fly from dusk until dawn.
Over two nights we'll teach you to fly at night, including landing on a lit runway, starting from Prague before sunset or directly from Ostrava Mošnov international airport.
This certification permits operation of single-pilot aircraft from civil dusk until civil dawn.
The Bristell B23 is a well-equipped aircraft with a glass cockpit, ideally prepared for your night flight.
The minimum requirements to obtain a Night rating are 5 hours of night flight time and 2 hours of theoretical training.
Familiarization with night definition, qualifications, lighting, vision, illusions, CFIT, night techniques, and emergency procedures.
We offer exclusive accommodation right at our school, next to the hangar with the aircraft.

Step by step
Most things are arranged before you even board the plane to Prague or Ostrava - so your stay is spent flying, not sorting out paperwork.
We will discuss the training conditions and answer all your questions. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange everything together.
You don't need to pay for your training in advance - you can pay as you fly.
For night flying training, you must hold at least a Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
If needed, we will help you with your visa application.
You need an RT card for radio communication in the aircraft. You can also complete the RT exam online.
We provide assistance with accommodation at the best prices.
Upon your arrival, a pick-up service will be waiting for you at the airport to comfortably take you to your accommodation.
Conversion training to the aircraft type required for your Night rating.
We will schedule a Class 1 or Class 2 medical examination according to your preferences.
After the aircraft type conversion, the night flying training takes place.
During your training, we will help you obtain an ICAO English certificate with a minimum Level 4.
Excellent - you are now qualified to fly at night.

The course itself is 3 days: 5 hours of night flying over two training nights, plus 2 hours of theory. We will always adapt the schedule to when you can travel.
ICAO English is the internationally standardized aviation English level required by ICAO for pilots (minimum Level 4 for normal operations). A radiotelephony (RT) card is a radio licence that authorizes you to use the aircraft radio and communicate with ATC using standard radiotelephony phraseology.
Accommodation is included in the Night rating package price, near the airport in Ostrava or Prague - together with our accommodation partners we can also arrange something more specific if you prefer.
Yes, you pay for your training as you fly. However, you must always have enough credit on your account to cover your scheduled flights.
A Class 1 medical is the higher standard required for commercial pilots and for students who plan to continue their training up to CPL or ATPL. A Class 2 medical is intended for private pilots and has slightly less stringent requirements. An initial Class 1 examination usually takes about one day, depending on additional tests, whereas an initial Class 2 examination typically takes around two hours.
Our flight school operates a fleet of 26 modern aircraft - Bristell, Cruiser, Diamond, Tecnam, Cessna and Cirrus - all equipped with state-of-the-art Garmin glass-cockpit avionics. We operate from bases at Prague Letňany and Ostrava Mošnov international airports. We have more than 20 flight instructors, some of whom also fly for airlines, private jets and air taxi operators. We always schedule training flexibly so that each instructor can provide their student with the maximum amount of knowledge needed for high-quality training.
No, there are no hidden costs. The package price already includes landing fees, handling, fuel and accommodation. Our pricing is fully transparent and students can always see every transaction in their student account throughout the training.
